This privacy policy applies to the iOS apps Sitecase, Nifuda and Plancase, as well as to this page itself.

Linked third-party offerings, as well as how the apps are presented in the App Store, are the sole responsibility of the respective provider.

I do not collect any personal data through these apps. There are no user accounts, no registration, and no servers operated by me that data is sent to.

Specifically, none of the following takes place:

• Tracking or profiling of usage
• Analytics or statistics services
• Crash reporting to third parties
• Advertising or ad networks
• Sharing or selling of data

No third-party SDKs are included. Unless stated otherwise below, all content you create in the apps stays on your device or — if you enable it — in your personal iCloud.

One exception is the barcode scanner in Nifuda, which queries an external product database. Details can be found in the Nifuda section.

Purchases and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Payment is processed via your Apple Account; I never receive any payment data.

Apple acts as an independent controller for processing within the App Store. From Apple I only receive aggregated, non-personal sales reports.

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide — usually your email address and the content of your message — solely in order to handle your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a purchase, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on my legitimate interest in responding to support requests.

Messages are deleted once the matter has been resolved, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

This page is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. When you access it, technical access data such as your IP address is processed server-side as required to deliver the page. I have no access to this data.

The page sets no cookies, embeds no third-party fonts or scripts, and uses no analytics tools.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing (Art. 21).

Since I do not collect any personal data through the apps, a request for access can in practice only relate to any email correspondence we may have had.

You can delete data you created in the apps yourself at any time — within the app or by removing the app from your device. If iCloud synchronisation is enabled, also delete the data via your device's iCloud settings.

This privacy policy is governed by German law and the General Data Protection Regulation. The apps are available worldwide on the App Store; since no personal data is collected through them, the commitments below apply regardless of where you are located.

I do not sell personal data, nor do I share it with third parties for advertising purposes — neither for money nor for any other consideration. No interest-based advertising or cross-app or cross-site tracking takes place.

The apps are general-purpose tools for adults and are not directed at children in terms of their content. They are not listed in the App Store’s “Kids” category. Since no personal data is collected through the apps, no data relating to children is processed either.
